"Fair experience. Rooms were clean. Accommodated our request, made in advance, to check in early. If you need to be near Mount Orab, and not spend all day in your room, great location. Ps: 2nd floor beds are less comfortable."

"I chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi tub room along with the breakfast included. The $135 rate became $192 with taxes and fees which is a bit high for this area but I paid it because I wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool. Upon arrival I was extremely disappointed to find out the pool was closed for an undisclosed reason but when I asked about a partial refund I was told my room was nonrefundable. Ok, I'll accept that because things happen. I was given room 203, a king jacuzzi room and I was pleased with the size and cleanliness of everything including the jacuzzi tub. There were only a few other guests so it was quiet and I slept well. When I went down to get breakfast at 6 I saw the sign saying it starts at 7 on weekends. I went down again at 7:15 still no breakfast and a sign on the desk saying "we're helping other guests please wait" so I went back to my room and sent the husband to McDonald's (icky). They finally put breakfast out at 8. It consisted of hard biscuits less than 1/4 cup of gravy, dry cereal, whole milk only, 4 danish, mini bagels, black cherry yogurt, orange and apple juices and coffee. The owner was at the desk and didn't even bother getting up to refill the gravy when 2 other guests came down to eat (they left without eating). I am very disappointed in the lack of service and concern displayed by staff and owners but I am angry they didn't tell me before I paid the pool was closed and I have never seen such a pitiful "breakfast". For nearly $200 I expected more than just a room."

"I came there to say with the hotel voucher last night on January 3rd 2024 with my fiance the next day somebody had called the cops on us saying that we were up screaming and fighting all night which we wasn't. There's cockroaches that crawl on the floor there's holes under the bottom of the floor. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms are nasty the food was good but the people are gross that work there except for the lady in the mornings before the guy with the glasses come in he banned me and my boyfriend from coming in because we got the cops caught on us for no reason he told job and family services that my boyfriend got arrested so he couldn't get any more hotel vouchers through them."

"Wish I would have read all the reviews. Absolutely gross. Rooms smells like a pack of cigarettes. Chair is filthy. Toilet seat doesn’t fit the stool so you sit on the front rim. Hair on the sheets. Those that said keep going are spot on - keep going."

"Pictures are misleading. This hotel was rundown and unclean. Bathtub outside the building. Full trash cans. Pool smelled unique? Did not smell like normal chlorine smell. Door to room looked like hit had been kicked in many times. Can’t really tell who works there because there’s nothing worn that implies they are associated with hotel. Sheets might have been washed but they are no longer white and look brown and yellow so hard to tell if clean. Honestly the location overall seemed sketch or I would recommend just sleeping in your car."
