"Bedbugs, place is way to expensive for what your actually getting the rooms aren't clean the don't give you shampoo or conditioner service and rooms are poor"

"Way over priced, bed bugs in most rooms I feel bad saying these things because the staff was good to me they were friendly and did their best but it is what it is, check under the mattresses before you lay down or set your things down, if you have the money spend more and go somewhere else these bugs are very difficult to get rid of once they get into your home it gets expensive, time consuming and very frustrating. I would have left one star had it not been for the staff being nice."

"I stayed there from February 12/2023-febuaray 24 /2023 and when I first stayed there owner charged me 320 for the week which is really high for what they offer,,don't ask for towels because your very lucky if you get one towel for the whole week,,the second week I was there the owner of the motel charged me 330 the second week and the owner is a foreigner and not friendly at all ,,,I'm telling you do not stay there it's horrible place to stay ,,for basically 100 dollars more per week you could stay at the red roof inn in greendale Indiana and get towels toilet paper and the people that run and operate red roof inn are very friendly people,,,but this Hillcrest motel is a horrible place to stay!!! You would be better off at the heart house down the road,,, homeless shelter I promise you that the owners there do not know how to satisfy and take care of customers,,there greedy and unfriendly people,,, sincerely Greg king Feb 23)2023. Look the owners didn't clean my room one time in the two weeks I was there,,,they don't even give you toilet paper,,,I'm serious no toilet paper bring your own !!! Horrible I wouldn't even give this place a one star,,,no wonder why this place doesn't get any customers,,,stay somewhere else,,the rooms are not worth 200 week ,,,dirty outdated rooms,,,the owners are not friendly at all,,,I am telling you to keep driving past this motel!! It would be the best thing you have ever done in your life,,,there's bed bug infestation there also,,,the sheets have blood stains on them from bed bugs,,,and I would go towards greendale Indiana and stay down that way ,,,I would give this place a zero if possible,,,the owners are money hungry people who are rude and nasty people,,,they definitely will have to shut down from the unsanitary condition's at this motel if the board of health ever showed up here!!!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. Kim took really good care of me during my stay. Recent remodel. Quiet and clean. I would recommend staying here."

"This place smells awful and moldy. The bathroom is falling apart and towels are stained with holes in them. The manager is horrible. Came into our room without even announcing himself and yelled at us and our 2 young children. This is a disgusting place. Never recommend to anyone especially for the price."
