"My husband and I have attended many plays at the Rep and greatly enjoy them. The actors are dedicated to their craft and make the experience consistently fun. My husband isn't exactly an artsy person, so the first one we watched was a Sherlock Holmes play which we both loved. We've come back now many times and missed it during the pandemic when we could not attend! They usually have a break with candy, coffee, water, and pop ... but it would be nice if you were able to get a cocktail or even a beer at the break."
"My daughter was in many plays through the Toledo Rep, then Covid happened and they changed - for the worse. Today, it's Aug 2023, they still require proof of vaccination status, and want to you to "check your pronouns" Insanity. My family does not encourage this kind of behavior, and therefore will not be back."
"Great group of people with a passion for the stage. Young Rep is a good way to introduce children to the theater, either as performers or in the audience. And the marquee performances I've seen, including a can't-miss yearly "Christmas Carol," are simply stupendous."
"Came here to see Heathers and I had a good time, the show was very good. As for the actual theater it is small and you can tell it is aged. The seats aren’t very comfortable and they are tight. But this is acceptable for an old theater. They have a “basement” and that’s were the bathrooms are and where snacks are sold. Good place to come see a show."
