Quality Inn I-75 West Chester-North Cincinnati

"Check in wasn't a problem but as soon as we got to the room to get in the whirlpool all of this black dirt started coming out of the jets. We started to clean it and ran the jets three separate times and still black dirt was coming out of the jets. Called the front desk and was told they didn't have another room and no housekeeping until the morning. Will never stay again. I would post the pictures but there is no option to!!!"

"This is the equivalent of Permier Inns in the UK. First impressions nice friendly staff very nice room. I was extremely pleased to see phone USB charger points next to the bed & on the lights. Unlike the UK, there was a microwave & a decent fridge top marks. The pool was clean and well used by the number of patrons. I would use these guys in a heartbeat. Great service, great value, and amazing staff. BTW, Drinks Tea Coffee fruit is available 24/7 foc at the main reception."

"I read negative reviews about this hotel but never let other people's opinions influence mine. I had the whirlpool room and everything about the room was great. Very clean room with a clean hot tub and fresh towels. The guy at the counter was very friendly and courteous, so much so that I found myself standing around just to chat with him. Every time he saw me or my wife he asked if everything was ok with our stay so far. Great customer service. It clearly states on their website (choice hotels App) that there is no elevator. It also says there will be a $100 deposit,..so no surprises if you actually research what you're booking before doing so. I don't travel to this area much but did save this hotel as a favorite and will stay here again when in town."

"The room had a comfortable feel, maintaining cleanliness despite not being the most updated. While the breakfast was satisfactory, a wider variety of choices would have been appreciated. The inconvenience of having the washer and dryer only on the second floor, coupled with the absence of an elevator, was a minor drawback. On a positive note, every check-in person was pleasant and provided helpful information. Housekeeping promptly attended to requests, ensuring an overall enjoyable stay."

"WARNING: ROACHES IN THE ROOMS Yes you read that right, there was a large sized cockroach running around my room in the middle of the night when I happened to be awake. Couldn’t even sleep thinking about how many more there might be. On top of that, terrible customer service Milton is extremely rude and disrespectful. I've never had such a bad experience when using the choice hotel network. I was shocked with how poorly he was treating paying customers as if we were staying for free. Every sentence resulted in a snarky remark rather than any real assistance he could provide us. The rooms and building also have a strong stench of cigarettes and frankly a "musty" environment (no wonder cockroaches are attracted to this place). Horrible experience would avoid this hotel AT ALL COSTS. Furthest thing from the typical quality inn experience. Hope corporate is able to look into the quality of this location and especially it's rude employee who only made matters worse."
