"A historic theater friendly staff and great a great screen and 6 bucks to see a movie isn't bad seeing it was 3 dollars 20+ years ago"

"Whata great old theater. Nostalgic, affordable. Popcorn, snacks & a movie. Heck I'd pay a $5 extra cover to bring in actual carry in food. So I could grab burgers and eat inside. Really cool for old school theater lovers."

"I was recently in town and wanted to take in a movie at Wapa Theater - a place I used to regularly attend movies in the early to mid ‘70s, and the theater is the very same as I remembered it as a preteen - welcoming and beautiful! And the young lady that assisted me with the ticket and helping out with the concessions, was excellent, too - very personable, polite, and extremely nice! Wapakoneta should be very proud of this iconic theater and the people that make it so very special!!"

"I LOVE this place. Very cool original giant neon marquee with a Native American in a full headdress. I actually went just for the neon. The inside of the theater doesn’t have the modern seats that recline and I hope they never do. The seats are old style as they should be, and comfy. The floor is worn wood, very cool. Very cool place! I will go again despite living over an hour away. Nice nearby historic bar/cafe, Alpha Cafe with neon, beautifully carved backbar, and good food, and antique mall nearby as well."
