"Worst hotel experience ever! NO HOT WATER! And all the women said was "Sorry". Thermostat wouldn't adjust so had to turn heater on or off so between cooking or freezing. Almost gave them a 2 because place seemed clean until I turned on a lamp and there was a big dead bug hanging from it. Oh, the TV is a tiny one from the 90s."
