"We have stayed here a couple of times before to visit family. Was never overly impressed but wasn’t terrible. This weekend was our last time ever staying there. Hotel has always had an odd smell and that was no different this time. Then we found a cockroach in the fridge. Went to the front desk and received terrible, unprofessional and rude customer service. Told us that we booked through a 3rd party and had to get our refund that way. Not sure how it’s the 3rd parties problem that there are cockroaches in YOUR hotel. We won’t be back."

"Not bad for the price. Seemed relatively clean. I had a jacuzzi room that allowed smoking so that was amazing. Not many places allow smoking anymore."

"I have stayed here several times now and I love the rooms. They are always very clean and wonderful. The staff have always been very nice and helpful with each visit I have made. The hotel is large and a little confusing to navigate on the inside, but luckily, there are plenty of entrances around the building, so you can park very close to your room. I definitely have enjoyed my stays at this hotel and plan to return whenever I am in town."

"Let me tell you what an experience Iv had here at this hotel. We drove 3 hours to come to this so called rated 4.0 star hotel more like 0 stars. When you walk into the hotel it smells of cigarettes and it’s musty. We check in and the so called manager is already so rude and asked for a credit card though we already paid for our room already. We get in I go to get in bed are the sheets are literally FILTHY!!! Carpet has burn holes and dirty. Mind you we have a room with 2 queen beds. Anyways we were exhausted from such a long trip and day we call room service to have the sheets changed and ask for a manager to come to our room. Mind you there was no manger just some employee doing check ins up front. LET ME TELL YOU, he has the nerve to raise his voice at me claiming these sheets have been changed and are clean and that the so called mattress protector is what’s dirty. DO YOU NOT CLEAN ALL THE SHEETS!?? The guy admitted they don’t clean the sheets everyday. I can definitely tell. so he calls someone higher than him and all he says is oh we can give you a refund and you can leave. Basically kicking us out! We called around everything was booked we had no other place to go. Like are you kidding me! Mind you we have 2 very small kids and were exhausted. We barley slept all night woke up in the middle of the night only to find out our room has no power at all the air conditioning wasn’t working. my kids are sweating in there sleep. I literally use the restroom in the dark. The bathroom trash wasn’t even changed when we got to the room it literally had trash from the last guests. What kind of junk hotel is this!?!? Woke up in the morning to warm up some food in the microwave and it wasn’t even working. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS TRASH CAN OF A HOTEL AGAIN! You’re better off staying at a motel 6 then this place. shame on you having your guest sleep on dirty beds. Quality inn… I didn’t see or feel any kinda quality"

"I almost did not even try this place because the reviews were so negative. However, it was the only hotel in the area and I've had a very opposite experience. The desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, considering my wallet once again grew legs and I was without a hard copy of ID. I needed the rest very much after a 70 mile biking! She even told me I could just go ahead and bring my bike in the room rather than find somewhere to lock it. The room was very clean; there is a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker; the air conditioner was on when I walked in; and there are full body mirrors galore! The entire experience deserves an A+ in my book. There is even breakfast in the morning!"
