"This is the third time ive had issues at this place...i went in ask for a 2 night stay paid ask for a receipt cause i paid an hour b4 check in and that man said i didnt need one....the next day at noon there knocking on my room saying it was past check out... Im like no i told dude 2 nights and paid but no they charged 151 dollar for a one night stay in a room where the shower has a black ring around it the toilet moves when u sit on it...the lock on slidding door bearly works as the metal frame is coming off the walls.....and the mirrors were a smeared mess... And the jets on the Jacuzzi are all broke.. And i had to ask the maid cleaning a near by room for an extra wash to clean was looked like was blood on the door.... O and not go mention another guest was having the same issues that i had this very last time... I have stayed at many baymonts from michigan to flordia and this is the worst one yet and it gete worse everytime. I will never be returning"

"Stay one night and regret every spending my money . The room was dirty and the carpet was dirty hadn’t been vacuum clean in years. The fest draw had what looked like bugs had died there. The bathroom tub had a ring around it. The bathroom door was cracked at the bottom. The tv didn’t work. The hallways was in bad shape. Never again."

"I am traveling as a solo female. The hotel doesn't look secure by any standard. I entered my room, locked the deadbolt and then saw adjoining room door. Checked the bolt. Unlocked until I secured it. Went to turn on lamp by bed. Nope. No light bulb. Noticed curtain was off its hooks. Checked. Patio door. Unbolted. Worse, broken and cannot be secured. Like, please come thru the patio door and murder me in my sleep unsecurable... I called front desk and they immediately changed my room. Second room was higher quality, and the front desk staff was very accommodating of my demand for a room with locks. He was apologetic and blamed housekeeping. Here's the thing though; profuse apologizing doesn't change anything. And if you're the GM, aren't you "in charge" of housekeeping? I ~barely~ feel safe here, and am only staying because I need to sleep. I will be writing a letter to the Wyndham Chain as well."

"Honestly, I am never one to complain just to complain, and I get places may be out of date and need to re model BUT, When I found, Mold in the fridge, yellow water in in the freezer, Stains everywhere, hole in wall, a cockroach, the dead bolt was broken which is absolutely unsafe, my friend and her husband stayed in the conjoining room …. Looked like a bullet hole in the window and there was a blood stain on the curtain …. A dried up rag hanging in the shower… I could go on unfortunately.. There is no way this place is up to code health inspection wise … they put a bad name on “WYNDHAM” because they used to be a good hotel brand but after this … completely unacceptable! Do better, before your place is completely SHUT DOWN! As it already should be…"

"Got here pretty late at night and stood in the lobby waiting for the receptionist for a good 10 minutes. Receptionist was friendly though. Hotel was clean but it has noticeable age. Room was pretty small but included basic amenities. Really big parking area, big enough for a truck. A lot of the lights in the room didn't work and there wasn't any blankets on the bed just 2 flat sheets. I would say that it is worth the very cheap price though. Still not my worst stay or even close, I would stay here again just for the cheap rate and my stay was fair overall."
