"Went into the room and immediately found a cockroach on the floor. Lady at the front was very helpful and accommodating but I wouldn’t recommend this place."
"Stayed here one night to visit some family that lives in Kenton. The room could definitely be worse. The carpet is gross, the room smells musty, and the bedding is super outdated. The breakfast was very disappointing: bread and cereal. No milk or juice. We requested early check-in, and the room was not ready."
"This hotel is so gross. The hallways smell like smoke it is overwhelming. The rooms look run down and smell musty. We were supposed to get a queen/king size bed instead it was a single double bed and the head board was on the other side of the room. Nothing about this hotel is clean or safe."
"Our room was ok. It was clean and no bugs, and the AC worked. I was in town for a funeral and didn't want to have to deal with anything else stressful. My aunt also stayed, but her experience was different than mine. Just glad to be home. They also have a nice pool my daughter used."
"Big zero! This hotel looks nothing like the pictures I’ve never seen a nastier hotel in my life!! This hotel is atrocious, nasty old curtains, falling down beds that are broke down completely. I don’t know where those pictures were taken, but not at this hotel. Trust me or not, you’ll find out for yourself if you check into this place it is scary! I wish I could say something nice about it, but the only thing I can say is the young lady at the front desk was nice. This place needs a serious update and much more!"
