"Love this place. We had our dog at another local facility and they weren't very fond of our dog, and asked us not to bring her back. And honestly, I thought we were pretty good customers, but I digress. So we found this place, I explained to the owner why the other place didn't want her there, and the owner indicated she did not think there would be an issue. And there hasn't been any issue for a couple months now. This place is highly organized, efficient, and all of the employees are very polite. I LOVE the fact that you can monitor your dog with the live camera feed, and you can watch them clean the play areas every day, so you know the place is clean. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and daycare."

"Since my original review our sweet Zoey passed away as a direct result of the negligent treatment she received at Lucky Dog. It is clear that they care more about making money then the safety is their animals. Original Review: I boarded my dog at Lucky Dog for a week, and unfortunately, she contracted kennel cough while there and lost 15 lbs. This alone was upsetting, but the real problem came when the kennel cough turned into pneumonia. My dog became very sick and I was forced to spend thousands of dollars in vet bills. I understand that there is always a risk of kennel cough when you board an animal. My dog is one of three that has contracted kennel cough there since the beginning of the month. They did not notify me of any health issues my dog was experiencing until it was too late, and their overall lack of communication was frustrating. I was expecting a much better experience for the amount of money I paid for boarding. Overall, my experience with Lucky Dog was a nightmare. I cannot recommend this business to anyone, and I urge pet owners to consider other boarding options. The health and safety of your furry friends should always be a top priority, and unfortunately, Lucky Dog failed to provide that."
