"I had to cancel Allstate insurance completly after this agents lies - my October payment was returned by my bank and she called me multiple times to sell me renters insurance and never once mentioned my payment hadnt gone thru, when i realized in november I owed 2 bills I switched to progressive because its cheaper monthly - my policy was to end Dec 15th- she emailed me dec 17th FOR THE FIRST TIME to tell me my payment was rejected, AFTER the policy was supposed to cancel. I responded to that email and said It was supposed to CANCEL december 15th and I had insurance elsewhere and IF IT DIDNT CANCEL TO CANCEL IT ASAP . She failed to do so and I got a bill yesterday for $1600 and was informed I still had an allstate policy. Spent 40 mins with 1800Allstate to fix her mistakes - sent her an email asking if the policy was canceled, she responded days later after 1800allstate fixed it and so I called her to let her know what happened, that she hadnt canceled the policy she told me about 5 different reasons it was my fault she didnt do her job and cancel the policy when she was clesrly told I have other coverage- she talked over me and hungup on me instead of apologizing, called back to speak to a manager and Rebecca hungup also, then called back and Todd answered lied and said hes an office manager and hung up again - this office is unprofessional and does not take accountability for their mistakes. dont work with Kristin or anyone here."
