"I am hoping to save someone else from a similar experience. Cindy Kerr did an excellent job at finding me affordable coverage but the service stopped there. When I called I was frequently told that she was the only one in the office and didn’t have time to talk. I went through a horrible experience with a total loss claim that actually turned out to be recorded. When I tried to discuss the issue with Cindy she told me that she didn’t want to take sides and that my claims were hearsay, again ending the conversation by claiming she was alone in the office and did not have time to discuss my issue. At this point I was still not willing to take action because I was happy with my coverage. I was then told that I would receive an $800 reimbursement after backdating the total loss claim that I spent months settling on my own. When I followed up about this payment I was told that she had put my new vehicle on the same policy as the the total loss, instead of starting a new one, and for that reason I could not be reimbursed. I believe that if Cindy had taken a moment to hear my needs this mistake would not have been made. $800 is a lot of money to lose because of a careless error, especially when you are regularly being dismissed. I am a huge proponent of supporting small businesses but Epic will cost you money and time."
