"If you want cheap entertainment or see a raging bull in a china shop come to this office and hand the receptionist bills that state farm has to pay, leave your red cape at home. I came into this office to have a bill submitted I was greeted by the receptionist, and explained the situation with that she ripped into me! Nostrils flaring, eyes bulging, she got extremely loud, she wouldn't let me get a word in, she yanked the paperwork out of my hand, processed it, threw it back at me and said "thank you" and that was it. She kepted telling me State Farm won't pay this, this isn't State Farms problem now, and on and on. I would think working for an insurance company you know yes, insurance pays for damages, rather car accidents, fire, weather that's why we have it. Am honestly glade I changed insurance companies."
