"I have been with this company 20 years and when I added my daughter to my policy Ashley changed my policy unbeknownst to me! And now I’m being told a car that I have insured for 10 years and paid off is not covered because she changed it to only liability! When speaking to the other agents they were very dismissive and basically didn’t care! It made no sense to change my policy to liability for a 16 year old child that’s Never driven before! And not when I drove myself and I never had an at fault accident it has ALWAYS been fully insured it would make more sense for me to have liability than my daughter! I never asked for the policy to be changed, my daughter was ONLY supposed to be added! I will see you in court! And I pray you never have any more business with the way y’all do business"

"These people the woods title agency are the rudest most untrustworthy people I've ever met. They ripped me off for over 3 years at 100% More than my new insurance company -State farm. They rarely answer their phone and they have a never-ending 5-minute voicemail to even try to leave a message. They don't answer email either. When I told the woman I was shopping she told me good luck and basically would not negotiate. I saved over 100%. Then I called her back to cancel everything and she hung up on me angrily. I'm not sure if she's older and senile but they have been in business a while and probably ripping a bunch of people off living off a residuals. Avoid them like the plague."

"This is the worst agency for insurance in Cincinnati. The customer service is awful and rude, they gave me the run around to cancel policy after I found a better insurance company and rate for my 2 cars and house insurance. I was with them since 2019 and got an increase bill just recently. I found out that they were wrong to over charge me and State Farm matched and gave me better insurance on my 2016/ Jeep 2012 Toyota and better insurance for my house. This is a horrible place to get insurance, beware of their increases; State Farm and Progressive is much better and their customer service is the very worst. I lost money with them and wish I never used them for those 4 years what a waste. I am accident free , old cars paid off, no infractions no tickets no accident. Greedy company here Nationwide you are the worst!"

"The girls that work there are extremely friendly!! What a great place to to visit. Even though it's an insurance company, we got to know the women who took care of business very well! Talk about friendly! We end up staying there much longer then normal because we have a blast talking to them about..everything!! Wonderful place to do business with. They're very savvy. We highly recommend this"
