"Worst customer service I’ve ever had to work with. Nancy could never get my paperwork right, struggled to comprehend her job. They always seemed to have an issue with processing my payments and my policy correct, would wait months before telling me. She ALWAYS would write out emails in the subject line even after I made her aware and asked her to stop because you couldn’t read them. I told her my insurance with them was over because I could no longer trust that I was being insured properly so they just continued to charge me then send me to collections."

"I recently lived in Galloway and needed car insurance. Allstate was right across the street from my apartment so, I went in and got a quote. However, once we moved out of Galloway to Columbus (5 minutes from the old apartment I might add) my payment increased. I was told my payment increased by $17. My monthly payments DO NOT reflect an increase of $17. My opinion is that this Allstate location is ripping off customers. I do not recommend."

"Update - Michael has worked with me to get the issues I have had resolved. They are fine when they are collecting your money. But if you have to file a claim? Worthless. I was told by a staff member that they don't deal with claims. No assistance in navigating the claim process and the delays caused. I feel violated more by this insurance office than I do by the people that stole items from my car as I WAS paying their agency for a service which they do not apparently feel they should provide. Will have a new insurance agent and company very soon. Per your response Nancy in your office told me that you do not assist with claims and that I should call the customer service line myself and ask for a supervisor. And the stolen items? The tires and rims stolen from my vehicle? One would think those would be covered by my AUTO policy not my renters policy. Your statement of a miscommunication seems to be you trying to cover for a truthful bad review."

"It is extremely rare to locate an insurance agency where the agent is sincerely willing to professionally listen, be courteous, advise you, be patient, understanding and willing to help whenever needed. Many advertisements display pictures of smiling people all ready to assist you should you find yourself in a situation that requires financial coverage and subsequent compensation.
