"I have had multiple issues with billing. I have provided my billing information multiple times, but you still fail to actually update the billing which has resulted in multiple fees on my end. I have even met with a representative in person to fix this issue only to have my next payment fail to withdraw because the information was not updated. Then when your representative called about my past due amount they did not seem to care that it was their fault for failing to update my billing information. I might consider Allstate again in the future, but this office has some serious issue with their performance. I have already taken my business elsewhere. I am extremely dissatisfied."
