"FIND A DIFFERENT AGENT!!! I was supposed to have switched from progressive here to Allstate with Mark and he said everything was good. I set up an account everything was ready to go. I had gotten a receipt and email saying “thank you for your payment” when I looked at my bank account I seen nothing was withdrawn from Allstate. So I personally called him to let him know. He told me to wait 24 more hours. I waited days, nothing was taken out of my account, all this time having no insurance thinking everything was being handled just to find out the complete opposite. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT AGENT."
