"After being with Allstate for at least ten years, they could not help me add a driver. I was able to switch to another company and get much better coverage and add the driver for less money. Allstate is a greedy company and I will not do business with them ever again."

"In a time of need, you were of no help. Our neighborhood was devastated by a tornado on June 15. You never responded to my phone call or email where I was clearly upset by the way we were treated by Allstate. The summer was completely consumed by phone calls arguing with Allstate and I had no agent to help or show any guidance. No complaints until we really needed you and never heard back when I reached out."
