"They don't have proper procedure in place to take a credit card payment. When I placed my order for some shirt, they asked me to write down the credit card #, but receipt was never given. Then two weeks prior to the order delivery they left me several messages asking different info such as credit card code, then another message saying that they need credit card expiration date. Any time I tried calling them back the sales person Sue is not in the office or she is with the other customer. I don’t have time to go through this hustle. This is ridiculous! I ended up cancelling the order."
