"I reached out to the gym via instagram before visiting for the holidays. I was encouraged to swing by and drop in for class and open mat. Kendall taught a great no gi class linking our warmup with one of the techniques as well as linking multiple techniques in the series together. Everyone at the open mat was very welcoming. People were aware of each other's space and were very safe. The gym was very clean. The tiny details like the sanitizer pad / towel for feet before going on the mat and mouth wash dispenser in the bathroom were appreciated."
