"I've known Sadds since college and once he opened up paradise sports performance I sought him out whether it was strength training or my running form or nutrition to get me to qualify for Boston Marathon this upcoming October 2024. Since December 2023 to currenty (February 2024) I've lost 8.4% body fat and I went from deadlifting 65lbs to 175lbs. I run 3-4 times a week and with the huge change in my weights. I feel so much stronger as a runner when facing 14-16 mile runs. I would defintely recommend coming here to seek out any goals you are trying to accomplish because within 2 months I've not only gained strength but my body has changed in so many positive ways!"
