She’s so nice and encouraging. She corrects my form on the weight floor and I love that she gives shout outs when you hit your splat points goal. Bella is a big part of the reason I keep coming back several times a week. I also love the theme days. I really liked the 80’s day."
"Head Coach Ryan is excellent! He comes to every class full of positive energy and knowledgeable workout tips to really help improve your workout efficiency and fitness. The studio is clean and well organized and does a good job of keeping everyone updated on upcoming events and class schedules. There's always some new challenge to look forward to for that extra bit of accountability. Overall a great workout experience!"
