About the Business
Spotlight Dance Center, located at 7589 Mentor Avenue in Mentor, Ohio, has been providing dance and performing arts classes for students of all ages for the past 30 years. Our instructors are highly educated in various dance and musical theater techniques, creating a nurturing and educational environment for students to thrive in.
Whether you are a beginner or have been dancing for years, we have a class tailored to your needs. We take the time to properly place each student in the appropriate class, monitor their progress, and help them reach their individual goals.
Our studio features four state-of-the-art classrooms with large viewing windows for parents to observe classes. If you are interested in learning more about our programs, feel free to stop by or schedule a personal appointment.

"I called inquiring about jazz and hip hop classes and was told they had teen/adult classes and to come up to the studio for a drop in class to see how I liked it. When I show up the lady up front was being extremely weird about me joining the jazz class due to me being the only (young)adult in the class and the rest being teens, which didn't bother me since I'm fairly new to dance. What bothered me was how much it seemed to bother her, by the time she got to telling me the age range of the hip hop class I'd already decided against the studio. It's probably a good school, just more for some then others."
