Hope Fit

"Like many of you, I wasn't sure how or where to begin my fitness journey. It had been two years since I had been to a gym when I walked into Hope Fit with a friend of mine who was participating in classes and their personal training. I wasn't sure what to expect from a smaller gym, but I can say that I was surprised by my experience. From day one, I felt welcomed by the owners, staff, and other members. Angela, Mike, and the rest of the Hope Fit staff were always available to offer any tips and are incredibly encouraging. The small group sizes allowed for effective, fun, and challenging classes. It was also nice that their website allows you to sign up and cancel classes online, which made things a lot more convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you are like me and thrive in a class environment. For those of you that like to do things on your own, they do offer some limited open gym time (but honestly, it's more enjoyable to work out with other people that have similar goals to what you have)."
