I always trust the coaches’ direction and guidance to help me work through any issues I am having. All the coaches are great. I have worked primarily with Gabby and Kristen and they are so supportive, friendly and knowledgeable, knowing when to push me a little harder or when to have me modify things. (And we always have a lot of fun.) Adam is always so supportive as well and really tries to make sure everyone is getting the most out of their experience. Equipment is top notch as well. I highly recommend Paragon for anyone - those new to strength training and fitness as well as those seeking a more advanced training program."

The Coaches are easy to talk to, highly attentive, and have a deep understanding of each exercise and how to use each exercise to get the results wanted. They work hard to offer the best program and also, when needed, to modify the program to fit individual needs, whether those needs are due to level of experience, physical ability or injury.
