"What an amazing place. Dropped in a few times and the workouts are perfectly scaled to each person's ability. There is every generation of athlete here all working out together towards the same goal. To be fit for life. Very spacious with every type equipment you could ask for. Super clean and organized down to where the fractional weights were placed! The coaches were very helpful and knowledgeable. On point and made their rounds with every person in the room. Avon has a gem of a place to workout and I would highly recommend Erie Shore!"
