"Brought our daughter in Feb.5th for a 6pm tumbling class and arrived at 5:50 pm , when we went to the desk to let them know we were here for the class they told us to have a seat and someone would be right out. We waited until 6:15 without one coach or anyone saying a word to us or our daughter who was excited to go to the class. We decided to walk out at 6:15. Coaches were standing around talking to each other and no one came to at least introduce themselves or tell us why they were running late. Very unprofessional and upsetting that we drive 30 minutes from Lagrange to leave with an upset daughter from being ignored."

She was one of those kids who tried to do cartwheels and flips everywhere. I was sure we would be on the way to the ER very soon. North coast gave her the perfect spot to learn tumbling correctly in a safe space. We're into our second year of club cheer now and she loves her North Coast family!"
