I simply was trying to explain an insurance plans benefits. I am still in shock that a person could be so unprofessional and cold hearted. I can not believe someone could be so condescending. I would highly advise to seek out another agency if you would like full details on the plan you are purchasing and if you would like to be spoken to with respect."
