"I have eaten here several times before where the food was good but took along time whether they were busy or not I requested an expensive specialty pizza that took along time and the dough was sticky and the pizza sauce was very scarce and it took along time to be waited on and then a long time for the pizza The server stood at the counter and never came out to see if our meals were ok I had to get up and tell her that it wasn't cooked enough to please heat it up again with no apologizes whatsoever when I received my pizza 30 min later and I told her that it was completely burnt on the bottom and a piece or two were missing She just said that she dropped a piece I told her that I wanted to eat half of the pizza and take half home to eat tomorrow I told her that my friend was treating me for my birthday and it costs her alot of money She said well we can give you a little discount and walked away She never asked us if our meals were ok my friends spaghetti was not very hot when she got it It was a horrible experience She would not come back to our table until we were half way through because we had requested a small bowl for her toddler granddaughter to eat out of which was half way through the the meal No one asked us at the counter whether our food was sufficient and the service was very slow when we were the only one s in there for an hour my pizza must have been dropped completely maybe even on the floor with no apologies or a refund we had a very reputable family business in Ohio and this is not good customer service and respectful relations to the pubic I will call and speak to the manager about it promtly tomorrow morning when they open in the morning We were very disappointed with our quality of food preparation and and with poor inmature customer service"

"Food was horrible, my boyfriend took one bite of his pizza and threw up right outside of the door on the side walk, he felt totally fine prior to the pizza. The pizza itself was entirely too salty and didn’t even remotely taste good. We only ordered a 12” cheese pizza and it took at least 20 minutes for it to come out. We were also served on small styrofoam plates. There was only one waitress working the tables, she was very nice and attentive. For the atmosphere, it was okay there was about four other people dining in not including us. Overall I would not recommend, I would recommend Boondoggles, the place right across from it."

"We are from a big town and we were traveling through. We also grew up in a small town so we understand what a small town restaurants like. The waitress was quick and pretty good overall. Our biggest problem is it took forever to get our food and then it was burnt and wrong so a second pizza was placed. We spent nearly two hours in the restaurant. We received garlic bread in under ten minutes but then hour for our pizza. It was pretty busy so we gave them a little lenience. However it took 45 more minutes for our second pizza as the first was incorrect. They never asked if things were tasting good. Never offered a discount for their mistakes. Never asked how our experience was. It seemed like they were churning and burning through customers. Food was good for a small town pizza place."

"Just ordered this evening 7/29/21.. Ordered a pizza some tortellini and bread stix, usually I would tell you they have good food today was really bad. Pizza was burnt breadsticks were ad hard as cardboard & the wife wasn't crazy with the pastas. I looked around & everyone that was sitting food looked great.maybe it was just one of those days.. think I'll wait another 2 years be4 eating there again.."
