"Had the jersey my grandson has wanted -- Messi's pink Miami jersey -- it's the real thing. The only disappointment was the price tag had the price in large numbers, but unless you were a "member", you had to pay almost $30 more and that price was in quite small sized numbers. We aren't members, but it's a Christmas gift and truly we've been searching for quite a while, both in person and online and only found knockoffs --- so we bit the bullet and bought it! (Some stores allow you to become members right at the time of purchase so you can leverage the member price. That option wasn't offered by the sales clerk. That's about the only thing that gives them 4 stars instead of 5 stars. )"
"My high school son had a shoe blow out during a game, and a game coming up in the next 3 days. With a large sized foot (size 12.5), I called soccer village and received exceptional customer service from Kris! She was understanding of the situation and even called the warehouse for a shoe that might work and requested to get them in the same day. When my husband and son arrived that day to try on shoes, Kris had several pairs of shoes waiting for them and made the process so easy and they found some great cleats. Very impressed with our experience at Blue Ash soccer village and would highly recommend!"
"Great experience here getting a new pair of cleats. Jay was really helpful and fun to talk to, great customer service! There is a huge selection of cleats, indoor shoes, and turf boots. They have plenty of soccer balls and jerseys from EPL, La Liga, Bundsersliga, etc. Really cool place and cool people, I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town! Thanks so much!"
