"I arranged a class for my daughter's entire sports team plus several moms. While we are to capacity, the instruction was still fantastic and individualized, with everyone have plenty of opportunity to practice what was being taught. Our high school girls had a great time and came away feeling more confident about protecting themselves. Perhaps the most profound thing that they learned was that "nice" doesn't equal good. After practice, we were offered the opportunity to purchase (reasonably priced) pepper spray, which was wonderfully helpful. I would recommend this group to anyone, especially women and girls. snd girls.anyone interested in learning important self defense training techniques. A must for women"

To this day, I still attend class because of the experience I’ve had, especially with an amazing coach (Paul) and assistant (Joe). "Highly recommend taking a course with Paul of TrueDefense. Women and teen females can benefit with knowledge of how to defend themselves. I recently attended a class with my 15 yr old daughter who also uses a wheelchair. They adapted the training to her needs and showed her lifesaving defense techniques. After the class, my daughter asked, “when is the next class!?” This training will significantly boost her confidence and already has! We plan on attending more classes as a result!"
