"They taught me how to arm bar. 10 stars !!! But seriously amazing gym! The coaches are thorough and care about your progression, as does every other person in the gym. People are always willing to come in and work and help you to understand techniques or get competition ready. More so, your teammates and drilling partners become your friends and the gym always shows up, even if they aren’t on a card or competition (and it is not required)! Aside from martial arts, the gym is available 24/7 for workouts - you can use the mats or the weights. The gym has all the weight machines you could need so you can eliminate a regular gym membership, which is great ^_^. You really could not pay me to go anywhere else :)"
