"A grungy (in aesthetics only, very clean) style warehouse with a large boxing ring and copious heavy bags. You begin and end as a class but break off into circuit style training stations like ropes, weights, and other rotating stations. There are always instructors around if you have any questions and they are very kind and understanding. It's totally up to you on how you train and take breaks, but you get one h*ck of a workout!! I love this place so much"
"I have gone three times now and have been very happy each time. The workouts are great, the equipment is all there and the people are very friendly. The only advice I can give a newcomer is not to be afraid to ask questions since some of the information isn't always obvious or some of the exercises may be new. On that note, the instructors have personally come up and offered advice and never feel out of touch. Will be happily attending with the unlimited membership."
"I went for the first time tonight. They made me feel very welcome. When they say all skill levels are welcome, they definitely mean that. I am 44 years old and at least a hundred pounds overweight. Last year at this time, I could barely walk from one room to the next but I changed my way of eating and a couple months ago I started going to the gym. So far I'm down about 140 pounds, but I still have a ways to go. The regular gym can get a little boring, but this place was definitely not boring. I can't wait to go back."
