"I start doing bjj in this area since I was 11 I started out with TCA back in 2014 but we ended up switching gyms years ago but we eventually found our way back and I have to say it was the best decision me and my whole family made when you join the gym it’s not just being a member it’s a family there everyone wants to help one another succeed and get better it doesn’t matter if it’s grappling or CrossFit everyone loves everyone and loves seeing one another improve there skills and get better! (The photo is me and my sister along with a few of the black belts at the gym along with a picture when we first started training there!)"
"This is a great place to train. I've been training jiujitsu over 6 years and I have gotten to know alot of gyms in the area and this place by far is the most friendly and family oriented. I can see my family growing here, I have two young children that train here as well and as soon as my youngest get old enough they'll be joining up. "Rare find of a gym. Owned by a former collegiate wrestler/pro fighter and a customer service executive. 4th and 3rd degree black belt LEOs regularly teach noon class. Both male and female students in kids and adult classes. All the black belts are active on the mats rolling live with students. This gym helps you become more technical and better conditioned. If you’re interested in grappling you’ve got to give this place a try."
