"Store manager is rude and unprofessional. Black Friday sale on safes, called but no answer so i checked website to make sure they had in stock. Then the long drive to the Alexandria store to find they had none, discontinued model and couldn't order more. I checked (cuz he wouldn't) other stores and none. Asked if he would sell floor model at sale price and he said "NO"...asked why and he said "because I'm not". I understand it's a busy day and by 10am he was already frustrated but for this shorter older man to have such a big attitude was unnecessary...btw other employees were helpful and my sympathies for having to deal with napoleon."
