"went with my son to play golf it had been like 12 to 15 years since I've been there and last time I was there it wasn't in that greatest shape this time it was awesome had Fringe greens were excellent I shot a 48 and the course is very long you better be able to hit woods if they're not in your game you could be left behind potted well that kept my score down"

"Course was in good shape. It is long but fairly open although trees do come into play if you are off the fairway. Ladies day on Monday only cost us $25. It was a bargain! Worth the 45 minute drive from Liberty Township. Manager at pro shop was very friendly. It was very hot and there were lots of sweat bees so bring bug spray. Beware the weird rectangular concrete pond on one of par 5s on back nine. It is hidden and is right in front of the green. Greens held well and putting was smooth. Fun day!"

"First time playing and really liked the staff and course. One of the nicest and well kept courses I have ever played, definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive. We plan on coming back soon."

"Love the course! Played eight rounds in five days in high 90 degree temps. Course manager was wonderful supplying us with coolers and free water all five days. The only negative things were that the pin placement did not change all week until we asked on Thursday afternoon and on Friday only seven of the eighteen pins were moved. Greens were slower then past years and the sand trap were rock hard. Other than that, the course was in great shape."

"Played this course for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. After seeing how cheap it was I was expecting a pretty beat up course. This was not the case at all. The course was in good condition, the clubhouse was clean, and the beer and brats were very reasonably priced. The greens could have been better, but I was very pleased with the speed. Staff was very nice as well and even gave us recommendations of other things to do at the state park! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!"
