"One star because I can't leave zero. Waited upwards of 45 minutes to almost an entire hour for service at the Firearms counter. Manager left to go get Burger King instead of assisting multiple other customers waiting with me. Couldn't get a straight story from employees about why we couldn't get assistance. Left the store after waiting, asking multiple employees for assistance, having our ID taken and then left on the counter unattended, and unable to locate any of the employees or managers sent to assist us."
"Was selling rifle coffee for 50% off and go to take a drink and it’s spoiled!!!!!!! I understand that it was discounted but you cannot sell expired dairy products and especially not disclose that in the sale. DISGUSTING."

"This used to be the place to get fairly priced hunting gear, camo, blinds, etc. now everything is priced through the roof. Good selection, staff seems nice and knowledgeable in their departments."
"The people that are working there are great and helpful. However the store is very understaffed, I understand the store doesn’t get extremely busy but when you don’t have certain people to run each department you lose yourself business. I often go in and there’s only a couple available workers and often they’re checking people out. Last time I went in I wanted to look at some firearms however they don’t have any employees that can handle them. It gets annoying, but your almost forced to put up with it because they do have a lot of lower prices."
