"In 2023, I set a goal to lose weight. I just felt heavy and didn't enjoy working out because everything hurt when I did. I slowly lost weight through out the year but once I started jiu jitsu at fuse, the pounds just started to fall off. I have now lost 46 lbs since January and fuse has been a big part of my success. The gym itself is great and has everything you could want in a weight room and a few machines that I haven't seen anywhere else plus jui jitsu is one of the best workouts out there. The coaches all care about your progress and really do a good job of working with all students individually and have all been very welcoming to new students. I look forward to going to practice and testing myself on Saturdays during open mats. I would recommend Fuse to anyone looking for a gym."

"Started training BJJ along with my 4.5 yr old son about 3 months ago. My wife also recently started Muay Thai. The coaches for both youth and adult classes are knowledgeable, patient and dedicated. I have nothing but good to say. I've met alot of awesome people as training partners to boot. Love the comradery, and am stoked to have a good training environment in the area."

"Highly recommend Fuse Martial Arts and Fitness for everyone. Very clean and coaches/trainers are respectful, courteous and willing to work with anyone. My young son is in jiu jitsu and wouldn’t want him anywhere else and I myself have been to many different gyms across the country. The coaches/trainers run the class and not the parents or kids. Not only do these kids learn a valuable confidence and skill they can carry with them through our life but they are required to be respectful to their coaches and classmates! Coach Dave and his team keep doing the great work and turning young kids into amazing young adults!!!"

"Sadly this seems like a rant and in someways it is but going over these reviews , I wish I would have read more into them. I felt like this was all uselessly spent money.. I'm unhappy with them. We spent hundreds of dollars (May-October) and my daughter didn't learn much and in my opinion wasn't taught well either.. The "lessons" were taught one day and then they never go back over it. I guess that's nice if you want something new everyday. When learing something though, there should be reviews on it.. They are fake nice and canceling has been a NIGHTMARE... July was the WORST... there was no ac on, just the doors open and a big shop fan in there. There is only 2 benches there for the parents to sit, sometimes it's more crowded as grandparents and children come to watch so at times you are forced to stand the whole time or go to your car.. One perk was you could use the gym which is the other half of the building but I felt very uncomfortable, there is a woman there everytime I was there and she stared at me the whole time.. it was so uncomfortable I addressed her and asked if she worked there, she's just a regular and wasn't very friendly. I'd personally never suggest anyone to go there."
