"Dined here approximately 5PM on New Year's Eve so you can imagine how busy they were. Five minutes after placing our order I asked our waitress to add an item to our order. This item was not delivered along with the initial order which was understandable. After a short period of time our waitress noticed the item had not been delivered. Shortly after that another person which I believe to be the owner came up to us and said the item will be comped and apologized for the delay. Did my best to tell her this not expected and we were fine as we realized how busy they were but they did indeed remove the item from our bill. This was not our first time to the Brick House and for sure it will not be the last. So great to experience stellar service, thank you. Kyle"
"Right in the heart of downtown Port Clinton! Ordered the carnivore pizza, it was good even though they only had thin crust available. They offered to make me a different cocktail when my other half accidentally ordered me something with a liquor in it that I don't drink however they did not comp the original drink. We wouldn't have ordered another had we known, we would have just swapped cocktails. Our server was very nice and apologized that we were charged for it but it wasn't her call. Good enough food and service for us to give them another try in the future!"
"Pretty cool place! I hadn't been here since it was taken over by new owners and became this new restaurant. Very clean and friendly and were greeted as soon as we came in. We ordered a thin crust pizza and the nachos platter. Both were very fresh and had great flavor.We enjoyed both of these. Can't wait to go back"
