"Really disappointed to have to leave this review, I was planning to leave 5 stars as we had a good experience with Lois for our business insurance. However, I mentioned to her that I was interested in switching our auto and renters insurance over with them as well and was told Lydia would be getting in touch with me. I never heard from her and every time I emailed or called I was told they were working on it and would be in touch in a few days, the same day, etc. I'm not sure why they don't want our business, but it is really disappointing to be treated this way by a local company, especially after I was referred here by a trusted member of the community. Edit - to make matters worse, our bank account info was not properly set up with Westfield and our payment did not go through, resulting in receiving a letter saying our account would be cancelled."
