"I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back! When I arrived I was given a tour of the facility, signed a waver, and got acclimated with the schedule of what was going to happen. During my class, Tiffany (the instructor) made sure that I knew what I was doing at each station and constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was all good. After the class she went over all of the heart rate monitoring with me and helped me pick a membership that fits best with my busy school and work schedule! Easily the most fun I have had a the gym in a long time also the best workout I have had as well."
