"First let it be known I am not unbiased with this review as I have a son who is a Bulldog. So I will also be echoing what I have also heard from others and that is this field and stadium rivals and exceeds many of the college facilities in the region at any level. From the spectator's experience: you get covered roof with stadium seating where there is not a bad view anywhere. Excellent sound system with in game announcing. The field is astro turf and that may not be to a a purist liking but I can say it is a real asset. Michigan college baseball season begins early, in a very difficult weather transition season. Adrian baseball never has to reschedule or post pone due to field conditions, and in fact hosts most games since the other team's fields are not ready. The turf also speeds the game up since there is no in game, and between game field dressing required. I will add a little more credibility to the review by also mentioning some cons. The parking at Nicolay while adequate is not always user friendly and sometimes takes some explaining to visitors. Many times I have wished the concession stand had a little more to offer."
