"I had to leave temporarily due to a prior shoulder injury and when it's healed I'm going back! I loved coming here, they really know how to get your blood pumping and being a southpaw they were prepared to teach me how to complete their workouts with my dominant side and still learn how to strengthen my weaker side. My confidence boosted when I would come here and I was feeling better with myself by the day. The classes are fun. With my injury, I'd do better in the beginner classes just for the stretches and a light workout. When I felt good enough to do so, I'd go to the kickfit classes. They had everything I was looking for! Bring a friend and enjoy!"

There is always room to make new goals and it feels amazing that they all keep track of your progress and celebrate your milestones!
