"Terrible customer service! Attempted to reach out several times to learn about joining the gym and when I finally got in contact with an owner they were rude and unhelpful. We have been in gymnastics as a family for over 10 years and heard great things about this gym. Such a disappointing experience."

"We have loved Sunrise since we began regular classes about 6 years ago. 3 of our kids practice weekly for several years. We have also attended many birthday parties here and threw one of our own. They do a fantastic job and take all of the work out of it for you. Very pleases with new addition of credit card payments and simplified structure. For the most part the trainers are friendly and professional. Happy to have Sunrise so close to us and have so much availability."

"Attended a kids birthday party here today. The kids had a blast. . . Until the very end. There was a woman who started cleaning everything away before the kids even finished their treats and drinks. Bags of chips, pretzels, cupcakes, and drinks all thrown away. It was like they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Very rude!"

"Professional employees, work well with the kids, use sanitizing spray for equipment, have kids use hand sanitizer at least three times a class, and they take the time to listen to the kids. They have a glass viewing area for parents that has chairs, it's clean, and has decorations right now for the holidays. The bathrooms have four stalls, are easily accessible, and clean! Plenty of parking with ease to enter and exit. I would feel good about recommending to friends and family."
