"We switched to lakeshore insurance back in may of 2023. At the time our experience was very pleasant. We got personal auto, business auto, and business liability insurance. Unfortunately, that is where the pleasure had ended. Tina Bishop has been our agent and since, it’s been a horrible experience. We had, and paid for all the insurance mentioned above. Then, we get notified by Tina that our general liability insurance is dropping us because they seen on our Facebook we do roofing, which she was aware of and how we subcontract the actual work. We then had a phone conversation discussing how our coverage would lapse in a couple of days and she would look for new insurance for us to avoid that. She never did. She claimed to have sent me an email for an insured premium amount. Out of all the emails we have had together, apparently that was the only one we “never received”. Due to the urgency of this to avoid a lapse, you’d think a follow up phone call would have been appropriate but we never got one. In fact, we called her multiple times in which she NEVER answered. We had to call the general office number and have someone transfer us to her. After discussing with her on the phone she said she would work on it that day and follow up with me. It’s now been another month with no update, no return emails, NOTHING despite our attempts. Tina has completely disregarded our best interest and has directly caused us to have a lapse. The complete opposite you would professionally expect from your agent. She has not even attempted to rectify the situation. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service."

"After attempting to find a insurance company after relocating back home I settled on one. I called them to pay my account after reviewing the options only to be met with a unsavory attitude and you can leave a message. After three attempts I decided to contact this agency. Brian immediately took my information and called as promised back after all options were discovered for my review. To date my insurance is paid up and he has encouraged additional options for renters insurance. Not only I my pockets happy it has attracted others around me to want his number. It pays to do right and follow up. I highly recommend this agency.....call them and let them find options that can help you."

"I was recently involved in a hit and run accident that left my car totaled during the coldest month of the winter. We were in our final year of paying off our vehicle and had over 210,000 miles on it. The stress of not knowing how exactly we were going to replace this car was completely lifted when my claims adjustor informed me that we had a rare addition to our policy that actually adds value to a total loss vehicle. We were able to pay off our loan and had money left over to put towards our newer purchase. We are extremely thankful for Lake Shore Insurance Agency for their diligent overseeing of our policies throughout the years. More specifically, I have worked with Niobe Trickett closely through some very stressful times of having 4 teenage drivers in our home. Between our two daughters and a niece and nephew that we were also raising, our auto insurance had grown to be more costly than our house payment. Niobe continually researched the best option available and guided our family to making the most cost efficient and safe decision we could. Niobe also assisted us with finding each of our young adults their optimal policies as they branched out on their own. I have expressed my gratitude to Niobe in the past, however; after this total loss experience, I had to call and personally thank her for her dedication to always looking out for our family. Life comes at us sometimes in a way that perspective is heightened to epiphany. My professional relationship with Niobe has always felt personal and I am forever grateful to have such a compassionate and considerate insurance agent in our corner. Thank you Niobe and Lake Shore Insurance Agency, we appreciate the difference that you have made in our lives."

"Lake Shore Insurance Agency has been great to work with! They saved me money as well as helped out several of my clients. Kelsey always is quick to respond and keeps me up to date on things. I always refer her and her company to my clients because I know they are in good hands! Great company, great people, great products! Cheers!"

"We had a major insurance company not renew our policy. Lakeshore did not provide them with the correct address and we knew nothing about it until two days before we needed to have a new policy. They gave me the policies to choose from on the last possible day and they were 200 to 300% more than what we were currently paying. Our agent Jeff was very smug about it and had our hands tied. He said if you don't like it you can get out of it, but he neglected to tell me I had to keep it for minimum 90 days. This is just one more mess up they have done with our businesses. I would never recommend them to anyone."
