"By far the worst Insurance agency ever. I needed paper showing proof of ins for my car since i am paying on it. Well almost 2 months later after multiple phone calls and changing ins we go in contact with Lisa. For the new ins I needed proof of ins since i have been with them. I walk in on her with the phone the ins 1-800 number asking questions how to do it what they need exc. Before she (Lisa) hung up they asked if she was intrested in getting a quote. Lisa said no thanks and maybe later. Obviously if they need to call another ins. company to figure out how to do their job they shouldn't be open. Oh yeah and do not get me started on when i randomly got charged extra almost $100 for two months before they done anything. When i call her she said she had no idea why."
