"I needed to follow up with having a knee replaced. I joined the WAC and started with Rebecca with some basic evaluation and work out. Then she handed me over to Terrie for personal training. It has been a wonderful experience. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. It has made a huge difference in my personal health. The gym is always clean also."
