"Very disappointed in this place due to tornado on may 28th 2019. My grandpa's place was the one that got damaged and we couldn't get a hold of them because the phone said "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, the phone number your calling is either disconnected or has been changed please try again" so when I tried other phones to see if it was just mine it was the same. When we called the one in troy ohio the woman was kinda helpful but never called back until my grandma got a hold of them 3 hours later...i know they were busy but please don't give an estimated time of call back when you can't..."

For the 2nd time in about 2 months they have taken unauthorized automatic withdrawals from my bank account when the bill is not even due, causing chaos with my bank account, overdraft fees and financial hardship for me and my family.very unprofessional. I am currently seeking insurance for my 3 vehicles and renters insurance. Have been loyal customers for over 9 years. Time to sever our business relationship."
