"***BEWARE*** My household was on a fitness journey. The most reasonably priced Place that I could find was Miller fitness. We were very excited I paid for membership made sure to check that the amount of people I could have on my family membership was unlimited if they were in your household My household has nine people. I asked twice. Paid for my membership I literally went twice myself. My son and my sister and my nephew and my nieces they went several times in a span of about 2 weeks, 18 days. At least once during that time the owner, made my niece and my sister very uncomfortable when they were working out as she just stared at them from across the room. But the final straw was when we went to work out on the 3rd of the month a Tuesday, I went with my son we worked out with my sister and my nephews, I left to take my son to school, as it was early morning. Short while later my sister called me and she and my nephews are upset telling me that the owner accosted them about the membership being passed due, (2days). Membership is due at the first of the month My membership was made on September 14th, I completely forgot about the membership being due. All I had to do was move money over. Mind you I was not contacted on Monday the 2nd of Oct. I also did not get any notifications from my bank that someone was trying to charge my account and it was being declined. I called the number for Miller fitness first thing in the morning as soon as I could Knowing that the office wasn't open yet and I also sent a Facebook message. The owner called me a couple of different times, I was working and unable to answer the phone and I had a busy evening. I did try to message with her through Facebook one so I had a record of what was being said and two it was a little more easy for me to communicate with her. I explained to her what my family had said happened told her that was unacceptable. There is no apology there was more accusations that my family were spreading untrue words without calling them a liar she was calling them liars. I had posted the screenshots on Facebook asking if anybody had the same issue, some did. She is threatened me with slander and is now sending emails and written letters stating that my card is not working and it's increasing the amount due over and over again. I have asked several times for a detailed itemized invoice for the amount she is trying to charge me which is now $207.22. she refuses to respond. If you decide to go this direction the gym is actually very nice the atmosphere is pretty good when the owner is not there in our experience. Just be careful and try not to bring any attention to yourself from the owner as my experience as well as others has not been great."

"The equipment in top notch and loads of options machines or free weights! Clean and cool environment which is important to me I sweat enough. Definitely affordable prices on membership and products! Plenty of choices in vending machine and quality products! Repairs are constantly noticed. Things are placed in a way that you can work out without bumping others. Miller fitness is inspiring and also a family friendly environment staff and members are awesome!"
