"After reviewing policy with agents versus direct contact with insurance companies directly starting to see NO reason to stick with M&W. Their rates are substantially higher and less products. Don't assist thoroughly or even at all when there's claims needed. Try to take directly the deductible when need to go directly to repair shop. Take advantage of clients when not knowledgeable about insurance products, policies and offers when combining policies. Just all together nothing whatsoever a agency should be. Plenty of proof to file a BBB complaint after last issue that's still not taken care of. However can justify contacting policy holder to renew policy at a way more than direct insurance prices and basically bare minimum coverage versus full coverage plus all products which is way less going direct. Absolutely Zero value and Zero confidence in these "ladies". Policy holders for decades with agent so know what I'm talking about. Also family too utilizes but not for long."
